Henderson’s Chester II releases new price list for 30 units

Henderson Land Development's (0012) Chester II in Hung Hom released its second price list on Saturday, offering 30 units at an average discounted price of HK$21,898 per square foot.

The batch, spanning from 317 to 418 sq ft, comprises one- to three-bedroom layouts. Discounted prices range between HK$6.68 million and HK$101.4 million, or HK$19,982 to HK$24,261 per sq ft.

This new batch marks a price increase of about 2 percent compared to the first price list.

Meanwhile, Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the sales (1) department, noted that the project had received around 700 checks as of Saturday night, representing an oversubscription of about 12 times for the 53 units offered in the first price list.
