St. George's Mansions sells luxury unit for over HK$26m

St. George's Mansions in Ho Man Tin, co-developed by Sino Land (0083) and CLP (0002), sold a 764-square-foot luxury unit for HK$26.21 million on Tuesday, translating to a price per sq ft of HK$34,306.

Sino Land's executive director Victor Tin Sio-un, noted that the project recorded transactions for two consecutive days, marking its eighth deal in two months.

He said that 162 units have been sold so far, accounting for over 90 percent of the total and cashing in more than HK$11.8 billion.

He added that only a few 764 sq ft two-bedroom units remain for sale.
