In One in Ho Man Tin breaks records with $20.81m show flat sale

In One in Ho Man Tin, jointly developed by Chinachem and MTR Corporation (0066), sold a two-bedroom show flat for over HK$20.81 million on Monday. Its Phase IC units are expected to release more units shortly, according to Chinachem.

The show flat achieved a record-breaking price per square foot of approximately HK$35,212 – setting a new high for both total price and price per sq ft among two-bedroom units in the Ho Man Tin Station vicinity.

Chinachem said that In One has sold 165 units since its launch in early April, generating over HK$2.17 billion in revenue.
