Police investigate theft of national flag in Ho Man Tin

Police are investigating the theft of a national flag that went missing from a roadside railing in Ho Man Tin on Friday afternoon.

The incident occurred at approximately 2.27pm today near Homantin Plaza at 80 Fat Kwong Street.

Authorities were alerted when a national flag displayed along the pedestrian walkway was discovered missing from its usual mounting position.

Police have classified the case as theft and are currently reviewing security footage from a surveillance camera located about 50 meters from the scene.

Police are currently investigating the incident.
