Pavilia Rosa unveils sales brochure on Wednesday, offering 109 units

New World Development (0017) released the sales brochure for Pavilia Rosa in Kowloon Tong on Wednesday, putting 109 units into the market.

Around 60 percent of the total units consists of three- to four-bedroom layouts and special units, said Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing at NWD.

Ho noted that the first batch of units, primarily the special flats, will likely be launched via tender.

Meanwhile, she mentioned that show flats are expected to open for viewing in the near future.
