Blue Coast sells four-bedroom unit for $46.24 million, set a new transaction record for the project

CK Asset's (1113) Blue Coast in Wong Chuk Hang sold a four-bedroom unit on Monday, with the transaction price and price per square foot setting a new record for the entire project.

The unit spans 1,263 sq ft. Its transaction price was HK$46.24 million, and the price per sq ft was HK$36,615. The buyer is a local customer.

Blue Coast has sold 1,169 units so far, totaling HK$20.9 billion. The developer said it will gradually adjust the tender indicative prices for other mid- and low-floor units within this month.
