Zendo House sells final unit for HK$12.95 mln on Tuesday

Chinachem's Tsim Sha Tsui project, Zendo House, sold its final special unit by tender on Tuesday for HK$12.95 million. 

All 164 units of Zendo House were sold out within four days through price lists and tenders, cashing in more than HK$1.14 billion.
