Deep Water Pavilia series raise prices of 43 units over 3pc

Prices of 43 units in Deep Water Pavilia and Deep Water Pavilia II, Phase 5A and 5B of The Southside project in Wong Chuk Hang respectively, will increase over three percent, according to an updated price list.

The units include 41 two-bedroom and two one-bedroom units and range in size from 418 to 591 square feet, with discounted prices ranging from HK$11.15 million to HK$16.54 million, and discounted prices per sq ft ranging from HK$25,809 to HK$28,026.

The projects are jointly developed by New World Development (0017), Empire Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488), and MTR Corporation (0066).

Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing for special projects at NWD, stated that the series continues to enjoy strong sales, with 20 units sold this month, generating over HK$400 million.

Among these, a four-bedroom mansion facing Deep Water Bay sold for HK$107 million, setting new records for both price and price per square foot for standard apartments on the southern shore of Hong Kong Island.

A combined 726 units have been sold since the launch of the series, representing nearly 90 percent of all units and generating over HK$12.5 billion. This makes the series the top-grossing new project in 2025 and the only project to reach HK$10 billion in sales last year.
