Central Residence by The Park launches tender sale of three-bedroom unit

Central Residence by The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), located in Mid-Levels Central, has announced a tender sale, following the earlier disposal of two units.

Unit B on the 20th floor will be offered for sale by tender on Sunday.

The unit features a three-bedroom layout, with a size of 1,074 square feet.

PCPD sales and marketing director Cello Chan noted strong demand for luxury homes in Mid-Levels and the project has attracted high interest since its launch, prompting the latest tender sale to meet market demand.
