Central Residence by The Park sold two three-bed units on Sunday

Central Residence by The Park, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497) in Mid-Levels Central, sold one three-bedroom units by tender on Sunday for a combined HK$94.67 million. 

The unit is of size 1,074 square feet, and was sold at HK$50.58 million, or HK$47,095 per sq ft, said Cello Chan, PCPD sales and marketing director.

In just over a week, the project has sold a total of seven three-bedroom units each over 1,000 square feet, generating over HK$320 million.
