Sixth Blue Coast II price list includes homes for as low $9.32m

CK Asset (1113) has unveiled the sixth price list for its Blue Coast II project in Wong Chuk Hang, adding 60 units at an average discounted price of HK$23,388 per square foot, roughly 2 percent higher than the previous list.

The newest batch includes 30 two-bedroom and 30 three-bedroom units, with usable areas of 443 and 759 sq ft, respectively, said assistant chief manager of sales Moni Yeung Kwai-ling.

Discounted prices range from HK$9.32 million to HK$19.562 million, or HK$21,038 to HK$25,773 per sq ft.
