CK Asset (1113) sold a luxury apartment via tender at its 21 Borrett Road development in Mid-Levels for about HK$67,487 per square foot, so far the highest price per sq ft for a standard residential unit on Hong Kong Island this year.
The 2,193-sq-ft unit on the 10th floor – a four-bedroom, dual en suite layout with a storage room and a parking space – was sold at HK$148 million, according to the developer.
Kristy Chan Wing-chi, sales manager at CK Asset, said the deal reflects growing capital inflows into the luxury residential segment, with a notable pickup in demand and continued optimism in market sentiment.
