An ultra-luxury apartment on the Peak up for sale for $650 million, Savills says

An ultra-luxury apartment with four bedrooms on the Peak has been put up for sale for HK$650 million, real estate firm Savills said.

The 5/F at the one-apartment-per-floor OPUS Hong Kong on No 53 Stubbs Road has a saleable area of approximately 5,152 square feet.

It comprises four en-suite bedrooms, a study, as well as spacious living and dining areas, a kitchen and utility room, and two covered car parking spaces.

The open-plan layout, complemented by a floor-to-floor height ranging from 3.675 m to 4.375 m, creates a bright, airy and grand living environment with unobstructed views, Savills said.

Designed by the late world-renowned architect Frank Gehry, often hailed as the “Picasso of Architecture”, OPUS Hong Kong is his first and only residential project in Asia, making it an architectural masterpiece and landmark address on the Peak, the company said.

The development comprises just 12 residences, each enjoying unique panoramic vistas and breathtaking 180-degree views of Victoria Harbour, it added.
