Starting today, Ocean Park and Water World will cease single-use plastics in restaurants and food kiosks by adopting eco-friendly sugarcane straws and natural bamboo cutlery.
The park's animal ambassadors - including giant pandas, red pandas, meerkats and penguins - are ready to share this day with everyone. Children can enjoy coloring during their visit to various Arctic animals at the North Pole Encounter in the upper park, where they can learn how to save resources. Visitors may also greet the newest ambassador Passion, a non-native crocodile rescued in Hong Kong's rural area, and learn about the importance of local biodiversity.
