Five women squeeze into male toilet

Five middle-aged women stormed into a male toilet in a Hong Kong McDonald's branch, despite the restaurant manager trying to stop them.

In a video on Facebook, the male manager talked to the women in Putonghua, urging them to get out.

"Even if there are no men using the toilet, you still can't use the male toilet. That's the rule," he said. "Come out now! You can't do this!"

The five women then got out of the toilet, with one explaining that they tried to knock on the female door many times, but no one responded. But later, a janitor opened the female toilet door and came out, saying she didn't hear anyone knocking.

Netizens praised the manager for doing a great job, with some saying the five women were uncivilized.

Facebook user Moon Moon Yiu said: "It is so ridiculous that they think they did nothing wrong."

But some felt surprised that the restaurant toilet could hold five women and joked the women can play mahjong there. "
