A truck overturned on the Central Kowloon Bypass early on Monday morning, blocking a section of the Kai Tak Interchange near the Hongkong Post building.
The incident occurred around 6am when the truck lost control and rolled onto its left side along Kai Fuk Road towards the Central Kowloon Bypass. The driver was rescued and no injuries were reported.
The Transport Department announced at 6.32am that the slip road from Kai Fuk Road to the Central Kowloon Bypass (Yau Ma Tei section) near the Hongkong Post building was fully closed. Motorists were advised to use alternative routes.
