Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) Danny Woo Ying-ming led a delegation of senior officials to the National Games’main press center to show support for 50 ICAC volunteers deployed there.
The anti-corruption agency said the volunteers are stationed across various posts in the media center, providing comprehensive assistance to local, mainland, and overseas media covering the Games.
Their duties include supporting media registration, handling inquiries, and coordinating venue arrangements.

Woo expressed his appreciation to the volunteers for their time and effort, and praised ICAC staff for their active participation in ensuring reporting operations run smoothly. He encouraged the volunteers to continue exemplifying the organization’s culture of professionalism, efficiency, and pursuit of excellence.
One ICAC volunteer shared that the atmosphere at the National Games has been exceptionally enthusiastic and said they felt honored to witness the event as a volunteer.
During off-duty hours, the volunteer attended competitions—such as track cycling, handball, and beach volleyball—as a spectator to cheer on the athletes.
