Police arrested five individuals on Sunday (Sep 21) after seizing various kinds of drugs worth around HK$1.3 million from a bar located on Minden Avenue in Tsim Sha Tsui.
The suspects, comprising four local men and one local woman aged between 23 and 44, were arrested on suspicion of trafficking in dangerous drugs, possession of prohibited weapons, and possession of an offensive weapon.
During the raid, officers confiscated approximately 1,000 packets of various suspected drugs from the bar, with a total weight of about 2.3 kilograms.
The seized substances included cocaine, amphetamines, ketamine, a mixture of different drugs known as "Happy Powder," 200 suspected ecstasy pills, and Erimin-5.
Police also discovered one collapsible baton, eight 50-centimeter-long acrylic rulers, and five acrylic rods of a similar length inside the bar.
The suspects are detained for further investigation.
