Hang Seng Index flat in early trading on Wednesday

The Hang Seng Index was flat in the early morning trading session on Wednesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index inched up by 11 points, or 0.1 percent to 23,347 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index rose by 0.8 percent to around 4,434 points.
