Hang Seng Index inches up in early trading on Tuesday

The Hang Seng Index rose in the early morning trading session on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index increased by 37 points to 26,399 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index was down by 0.6 percent to around 5,037 points.
