Henderson's woodis adds 30 units for sale, cheapest flat at HK$6.5 million

Henderson Land Development’s (0012) Wan Chai project woodis put 30 units on the market via price list, with the cheapest one costing HK$6.5 million after discounts.

The third price list includes one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, spanning from 244 to 598 square feet. 

The cheapest flat measures 282 sq ft and features a one-bedroom layout, with a discounted per-sq-ft price of HK$23,359.

The second round of sales will begin on October 25, the developer said.
