Henderson sees 19 home sales over weekend

Henderson Land Development (0012) said it recorded 19 home sales within its projects amid the hot property market over the weekend, garnering about HK$1.64 billion.

Transactions involved Belgravia Place in Cheung Sha Wan, The Haddon in Hung Hom, The Henley and Henley Park in Kai Tak, the developer said.

Among these sales, The Henley sold 11 flats in a single day, totaling at HK$1.07 billion, it added. The project saw 12 deals over the weekend, with the highest per-square-foot price hitting HK$33,000.
