Henderson's woodis sells out 75 flats in a single day

Henderson Land Development’s (0012) Wan Chai project woodis sold out 75 units in the first round on Saturday, cashing in about HK$758 million.

The deals include 61 two-bedroom units and 14 three-bedroom units, spanning from 343 to 598 square feet, with the lowest discounted price at HK$7.05 million.

Its per-sq-ft price ranges from HK$20,389 to HK$25,843 after discounts.

Investors made up around 40 percent of its buyers, as the estimated rental yield reached over 4 percent, according to Midland Realty.

The project is expected to put more flats on the market in the near term, the developer said.
