A stall owner reported a 10 percent increase in foot traffic compared to last year, noting the popularity of windmills. However, another saw average business with fewer visitors.
Commissioner of Police Raymond Siu Chak-yee noted that order was maintained despite the large crowd during his visit. He stayed for about 15 minutes, wishing the public prosperity and success.
