Around 2 am today, an approximately 40-year-old man who was drinking near the shores of the Maritime Square located on Tsing King Road crossed the fence and went to the stone barriers near the shores.
He could not get back to the pedestrian path, and passersby who noticed the incident, contacted the police for assistance.
