Everyone with symptoms of the coronavirus must be tested and that has has nothing to do with human rights and politics, a government adviser says.
Microbiologist Yuen Kwok-yung said Hong Kong residents must adopt “a new perspective,” on the virus testing.
Yuen told a seminar that unless there is cooperation from everyone for testing when symptoms appear, the chain of infections can not be stopped. "It’s nothing to do with politics and human rights.''
He also recommended extended quarantine and compulsory quarantine for arrivals in hotels.
