One Marina to add more units soon

One Marina in To Kwa Wan, developed by Sino Land (0083), China Merchants Land (0978), and the Urban Renewal Authority, began receiving checks on Thursday and is considering launching additional units shortly.

The project plans to upload its first sales arrangement as early as early next week, including both price list and tender.

Victor Tin Sio-un, executive director at Sino Land, noted that the project recorded around 2,000 visitors on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Tin mentioned that the development will feature an upgraded street modeled after Lee Tung Street in Kowloon, spanning around 200 meters in length.
