Kowloon Development's 33 Clear Water Bay project to receive pre-sale consent soon

Kowloon Development (0034) expects to receive pre-sale consent for its 33 Clear Water Bay project in Ngau Chi Wan shortly, with sales brochure and show flats ready.

The units of Phase 1 will be launched immediately upon receiving the pre-sale consent, according to the developer. 

The mall of the development project is linked to the MTR Choi Hung Station, allowing residents to access the Kwun Tong Line. 

The first phase offers 361 units, ranging in size from 492 to 1,039 square feet, offering two-to four-bedroom layouts, and is expected to attract end-users and investors.
