State Residence sells 33 units within two days with five left available

Sky Ace Enterprises' State Residence in North Point sold the last special unit via tender on Thursday for HK$12.39 million, or HK$30,000 per square foot. 

The 413 sq-ft unit on the second floor featured a two-bedroom layout with an open kitchen and a balcony. 

This comes after the final price list of 32 units all sold out on Wednesday, generating over HK$330 million in cash in a single day, with a customer purchasing six units for over HK$58 million. 

The project has sold 189 units in merely 13 days, cashing in HK$2 billion. Only five three-bedroom units remain available via tender.
