Henderson names new phase of Midtown South project in Hung Hom "CHESTER II"

Henderson Land Development (0012) has named the latest phase of its Midtown South project in Hung Hom "CHESTER II", offering 263 units that range from one- to three-bedroom layouts.

Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the sales (1) department, said that the new phase's price list is expected to be released after the Dragon Boat Festival, with sales beginning in June.

He added that the pricing for this phase will likely be higher than that of the previous phase Chester, which had an average transaction price of around HK$22,280 per square foot.
