Lime Spark second round set for Saturday as prices hiked up to 4pc

Sun Hung Kai Properties' (0016) Lime Spark in Tsuen Wan will launch the second round of sales this Saturday, marking up prices for the remaining 60 units in the first two price lists by 1 to 4 percent.

These 60 units consist primarily of two-bedroom units. A new sales arrangement expected to be uploaded on Tuesday.

The developer uploaded the third price list on Sunday. The price adjustment comes after the project sold out all available units on its first day of launch.

Sammy Po Siu-ming, senior director of Midland Realty, expects the project to command a rental of HK$65 per square foot, offering an estimated rental yield exceeding 4 percent.
