Road King Infrastructure's (1098) Mori in Tuen Mun launched the "Mori Signature Series", which is expected to be sold by tender, with sales arrangements to be unveiled soon.
The batch of flats features three- to four-bedroom layouts, with sizes ranging from 1,023 to 1,474 square feet.
The developer said it will offer four-bedroom units for tenders first, including a special unit with an indicative price at around HK$26.5 million.
Kitty Ngan King-fung, head of sales and marketing at Road King Infrastructure, said that the project has sold 585 units for over HK$2.9 billion to date, accounting for 84 percent of the entire project.
