Road King Infrastructure (1098) has named its new house segment at Mori in Tuen Mun, Mori Manor, putting 14 houses up for tender as soon as next week.
The houses are of four-bedroom layouts, spanning 2,031 to 3,419 square feet. Viewings are expected to be available by appointment starting this weekend, the developer said.
The project has sold 582 units for over HK$2.75 billion to date, making up 84 percent of the entire project. By now, only one special unit under 700 sq ft remains for sale.
Kitty Ngan King-fung, head of sales and marketing at Road Kind Infrastructure, said that the new house segment has received numerous inquiries, given that the government has been relaxing the investment immigration threshold and new houses in the New Territories are facing a supply shortage.
Ngan expects the sales price to increase following each successful sale, adding that the developer's co-development with the MTR Corporation (0066), The Southside Southland in Wong Chuk Hang, has recently increased its sales price by 5 percent.
