Tai Cheung luxury residential project Vele to launch standard units via tender

Tai Cheung Holdings (0088) said on Wednesday that its luxury residential project Vele in Ap Lei Chau will sell 32 standard units by tender. 

Show flats will open to the public on Friday.

This project includes 38 four-bedroom units, with 32 standard units and six special units, ranging from 1,598 to 3,523 square feet.

Tai Cheung Properties sales head Chau Tsuen-ho said the prices will reference four‑bedroom units of about 1,600–1,700 sq ft on Hong Kong Island and the similar units in Kai Tak.
