Belvedere, luxury residential property in Chung Hom Kok, up for tender for $300 m

Belvedere, a low-density luxury residential property in Chung Hom Kok, has been put up for tender with an indicative price of around HK$300 million, property agent JLL said.

Completed in 1980, the property at 41 Chung Hom Kok Road, sits on a site of approximately 21,170 square feet.

It comprises five two-story houses with a total gross floor area of approximately 15,750 sq ft. 

The individual houses range from 3,150 to 3,709 sq ft in saleable area and are served by 12 private parking spaces.

The tender will close at 12 noon on April 28, JLL said.
