Deep Water Pavilia to cut discount on price from next Monday

Deep Water Pavilia in Wong Chuk Hang updated its price list on Thursday, reducing the discount from 8 percent to 5.5 percent, effectively a 2.5 percent price increase.

This change will take effect next Monday.

Units of this project span from 418 to 496 square feet, with discounted price ranging from HK$12.60 million to HK$15.93 million.

Jointly developed by New World Development (0017), Empire Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488), and MTR Corporation (0066), the project has sold 777 units to date, more than 94 percent of the total, cashing in nearly HK$13.5 billion.
