Swire Properties sells three flats at Headland Residences for HK$25 million

Swire Properties (1972) sold three units at the Headland Residences in Chai Wan for nearly HK$25 million. 

The premium residential development has sold 135 units to date, with contracted sales hitting more than HK$1.1 billion.
