Central Residence by The Park to tender a three-bedroom unit next week

Central Residence by The Park in Mid-Levels, co-developed by Pacific Century Premium Developments (0432) and CSI Properties (0497), will put one more unit on sale via tender next week, the developers said. 

Unit A on the 17th floor with three bedrooms will be up for tender on Tuesday. 

With a size of 1,029 square feet, the unit faces southeast, offering open views over the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the developers said. 

The project sold two flats via tender on Thursday, with the developers cashing in more than HK$92 million. 

PCPD sales and marketing director Cello Chan noted the transactions demonstrate the group’s strong brand image, as well as buyers’ confidence in and appreciation of the project.
