Double Coast III offers 53 unit for sales on Sunday

A new sales arrangement for Double Coast III in Kai Tak has been released, offering 53 units for the first round of sales on Sunday. 

This batch comprises one-to-three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 249 to 696 square feet. Discounted prices range from HK$4.19 million to HK$ 15.59 million.

The project is co-developed by four developers including Wheelock Properties, Henderson Land (0012), China Overseas Land & Investment (0688) and New World Development (0017). 

The cheapest flat costs HK$16,831 per sq ft, while the most expensive flat costs HK$22,384 per sq ft.

Units will be divided into two groups for selection. Interested buyers should submit their applications latest by 6pm on Saturday.
