HKR's new luxury project in Discovery Bay dubbed Toscana

HKR International (0480) has named its Italian-inspired sea-view luxury residential project in Discovery Bay "Toscana", offering 320 homes in its first phase, the developer said on Monday.  

Toscana is developed in two phases, with phase one comprising one-bedroom to four-bedroom flats.  

It has obtained the occupation permit and is expected to go on sale at the beginning of next year, the developer said.

The project features a total gross floor area of over 1.3 million square feet, with around 1,400 flats in total.
