Henderson Land announces coming launch of To Kwa Wan Road redevelopment Highwood

Henderson Land Development (0012) has dubbed its To Kwa Wan Road redevelopment project Highwood, offering 812 units in two phases. Its first phase, comprising 401 units, is expected to launch as early as September.

Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the company's sales department, said Phase 1 will include one- to three-bedroom apartments spanning 230 to 830 square feet.

Lam said that the second phase, which will mainly offer one-bedroom units, could also be rolled out later this year.

Nearly half of the units will have sea views, he added.
