33 Kennedy Road project in Wan Chai to sell 36 units on Friday

The Development Studio, owned by former Swire Properties (1972) chairman Keith Kerr, said its 33 Kennedy Road project in Wan Chai will sell all 36 flats of the second price list on Friday.

The flats, including one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, were priced from HK$8.12 million to HK$38 million, with sizes ranging from 360 to 1,033 square feet.

Its cheapest home was a one-bedroom unit located at 1st floor, with a size of 360 sq ft, priced at HK$22,550 per sq ft.
