Deep Water Pavilia II closes registration nearly 21 times oversubscribed

Deep Water Pavilia II in Wong Chuk Hang has received around 2,000 checks, making its 88 flats nearly 21 times oversubscribed, according to developers.

The project has closed for registration on Thursday afternoon, the developers said.

It is offering 88 flats via its first price list on Friday, while another 60 flats will be sold by tender.

Deep Water Pavilia II is jointly developed by New World Development (0017), Empire Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488), and MTR Corporation (0066).

Separately, Deep Water Pavilia had earlier sold 375 flats in about one month, accounting for 83 percent of the total, raking in over HK$7.2 billion. Its four-bedroom units had been sold out, while nine two-bedroom units remain, according to the developer.
