Deep Water Pavilia II in Wong Chuk Hang 16 times oversubscribed

Deep Water Pavilia II in Wong Chuk Hang was about 16 times oversubscribed by Wednesday afternoon.

The project drew over 1,400 subscriptions – nearly fifty percent more than a day earlier – for 88 units offered via price list ahead of its first sales round on Friday.

Its initial batch comprises four three-bedroom and 84 two-bedroom flats, with salable areas spanning 448 to 778 square feet. Discounted prices range from HK$8.72 million to HK$20.54 million, or HK$19,464 to HK$26,398 per sq ft.

On the same day, the developers will also release another 60 units for sale via tender.

Deep Water Pavilia II is jointly developed by New World Development (0017), Empire Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488), and MTR Corporation (0066).
