New Grade A building to rise in Central by 2026

Central Crossing, a Grade A commercial building in Central co-developed by Wing Tai Properties (0369) and CSI Properties (0497), is expected to be completed in mid-2026.

The project, with a total floor area of about 433,000 square feet, comprises a hotel tower and an office tower.

The office tower stands 28 stories tall, with each standard floor spanning 10,600 sq ft.

CSI chairman and executive director Mico Chung Cho-yee said it has been about two decades since Central last saw an integration of a new Grade A office with a world class luxury hotel and premium retail.

Edward Cheng Wai-sun, deputy chairman and chief executive of Wing Tai Properties, said the development is a marque project that will transform the landscape and legacy of Central.
