Deep Water Pavilia II plans to launch sales next week

Phase 5B of The Southside project in Wong Chuk Hang has been officially named Deep Water Pavilia II, according to developers. 

The development, offering a total of 378 flats, will release its first price list within the week and commence sales next week. 

The project was jointly developed by New World Development (0017), Empire Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488), and MTR Corporation (0066).

Cannas Ho Ka-Yan, director of sales and marketing for special projects at New World Development – revealed that the project offers diverse layouts from one-bedroom to four-bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 402 square feet to 1,294 sq ft.
