Gold Coast Bay releases price list for second phase

The Reserve, the second phase of Gold Coast Bay in Tuen Mun developed by Early Light International Estates, released a new price list on Monday, offering 100 units at prices about 6 to 8 percent higher than the previous batch.

Pricing varies depending on floor level, view, and location, said Raymond Lee Ping-yu, managing director at Early Light International’s property development department.

The latest batch offers units ranging from 269 to 655 square feet in usable area, with discounted prices between HK$3.57 million and HK$8.13 million, or HK$10,105 to HK$14,667 per sq ft.

The developer, founded by “King of Toys” Francis Choi Chee-ming, will launch sales for 148 units this Friday, with 98 units to be sold via price list and 50 through tender. The offerings include one- to three-bedroom flats as well as special units.
