A 14-year-old boy was injured during a handball game at a school on Ma On Shan's Hang Kwong Street on Wednesday morning after a dispute with a classmate escalated.
The boy was pushed by his classmate during the incident, causing him to collide with a tree and sustain injuries to his face and hand. Around 5pm, accompanied by family members, he sought treatment at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sha Tin, where his family also reported the incident to police.
Police have classified the case as assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The investigation is being handled by the Sha Tin district criminal investigation team. No arrests have been made so far.
