Speaking at the 2025 ICC-HK International Commercial Mediation Competition, Ho emphasized that the city’s geographic proximity and cultural affinity with the mainland provide a strong basis for deeper collaboration.
He added that with solid national backing, Hong Kong holds unique strengths in global connectivity, positioning itself as both a “super connector” and a “super value-adder.”
“As the only common law jurisdiction in the Belt and Road economy, Hong Kong offers systemic legal advantages that enable it to become the preferred hub for mainland enterprises expanding globally,” he said.
