Police have arrested four local men during a two-day operation targeting dangerous driving and speeding in East Kowloon.
Officers from the East Kowloon traffic department conducted Operation FOSSINGTON on November 9 and 10, resulting in the arrest of men aged 25 to 37 for various offenses including speeding, dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and driving without third-party insurance.

During the operation, police detected a private car traveling at approximately 170 km/h in the Tseung Kwan O Tunnel area, where the speed limit is 70 km/h.
All arrested individuals have been released on bail pending further investigation and must report back to police in early December.
Authorities warned that such serious traffic offenses can lead to imprisonment and license suspension upon conviction, pledging continued enforcement efforts to combat traffic violations.
